Hello,
I am an intern at Groupe SEB, subsidiary ROWENTA France. I have ordered an MTI-7-0I-DK sensor and have some questions regarding the software. My project at the company involves determining the speed of a vacuum cleaner during normal usage by a user. As part of my internship, I need to measure how fast the vacuum cleaner moves during regular operation. I found your sensor suitable for this purpose, and Rowenta purchased it to carry out this project. However, while using the software and following the steps in the MT Manager document, I keep encountering the message “no velocity data available for this device check MT output manager.” I have ensured that the velocity and position options are checked in the output settings. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.
Best regards
